$45.00•$52.00/hour (based on experience)Job DescriptionOverviewA structured inpatient detox and behavioral health program in Hunt, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients through medical detox and recovery.

This is a hands-on clinical role working with patients experiencing substance withdrawal and co-occurring mental health conditions in a controlled, team-based environment.

ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care for patients in detox and recoveryMonitor withdrawal symptoms using CIWA and COWS protocolsAdminister medications and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staffRespond to medical and behavioral emergenciesSupport patient education and recovery engagement

QualificationsRequired:

Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)BLS certification

Preferred:
