What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Michigan RN license . ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required . Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values. Continuing Employment Requirements Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.) Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
