Job Description

Job Summary:
A professional care giver under the direction of the supervisor, utilizes the nursing process, nursing standards & physicians orders, plans, provides & directs care & teaching of patients & families.
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited RN training program,
ADN or BSN Experience Required:
Must have med/surg experience; prefer ICU experience with computer documentation of Meditech System a plus Licensing, Certifications and/or
Registrations:
Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky Basic Life Support certification (within 3-months of employment) ACLS (within 6-months of employment)
