Registered Nurse (RN) Memory Care

Then you may be a fit for us! We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our amazing and dedicated team of RNs, LPNs and aides in our Memory Care. This position will have a focus on resident assessments, supervisory visits and staff supervision. Candidate must possess clear communication skills, self-motivation and ability to work as a productive team member. Professional documentation, critical thinking ability, safe medication management and ability to recognize needed changes while making timely proactive decisions is also required.

Duties include:

Ensure that care plans are up to date and aide staff adhere to service delivery per the care plans Assessment of residents, updating service plans as applicable Oversee staff, train them in delegated tasks and ensure ongoing competency This position requires administrative/compliance work as well as hands on assistance with residents Monday through Friday FT and every 4th weekend on call.
