Guaranteed Hours:

36 hours per week Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing facility team for night shift coverage. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents while working independently during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents during night shifts Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Coordinate effectively with incoming day shift staff for continuity of care Ensure adherence to facility policies and patient safety standards Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Requirements Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Flexibility to work extended or occasional modified shifts Strong communication and documentation skills For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
