Anyone traveling more than 60 miles one way to Holy Cross is eligible for a travel stipend of $60 per day. Assessment data, problem identification, and goals are written in the patient's care plan so that nurses as well as other health professionals caring for the patient have access to it. • Nursing care is implemented according to the care plan, so continuity of care for the patient during hospitalization and in preparation for discharge is assured. Care is documented in the patient's record. Minimum Requirements:

Education is a Graduate from an accredited

School of Nursing License and Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS)

• American Heart Association Must have a Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.

Preferred Requirements:

Education is Bachelor of Science in Nursing Certifications are Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
