$45.00•$54.48 per hour Position Overview A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support occupational health and preventive care services. The RN will work closely with employees in a primary care-style setting, focusing on wellness initiatives, preventive screenings, and seasonal health programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct health coaching and employee wellness support Administer seasonal flu vaccinations and immunizations Perform biometric screenings (e.g., blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol checks, etc.) Support preventive care and occupational health initiatives Provide basic primary care-style health education and counseling Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services provided Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 2-3 years of clinical experience Experience in primary care, occupational health, or preventive services preferred Proficiency in administering flu shots and biometric screenings Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting For more details contact at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
