Setting:

Clinic Responsibilities:

Providing clinical supervision to the patient care team Ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and quality care Acting as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians Supporting the Advanced Care Model Leading daily huddles and review meetings Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program Active, unrestricted NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification Experience in an Ambulatory and/or Hospital setting Experience working with the Pediatric population Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and patient safety standards Solid assessment and documentation skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and delegate appropriately

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Nursing
