Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts. Assess residents, administer medications, and provide direct nursing care as needed. Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans and physician orders. Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Assist with staffing and coverage needs during weekend shifts. Perform other nursing supervision duties as assigned by nursing leadership. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Unencumbered RN license in the state in which we operate. Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred. Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
