First Place Pediatrics provides compassionate, high-quality private duty nursing care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their homes. We're currently hiring a Nurse Supervisor to support our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. You'll support field nurses, complete supervisory visits, and assist with care planning, insurance authorizations, and new admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct supervisory home visits and support field staff Complete and update Plan of Care documentation Submit insurance authorizations and recertifications Assist with onboarding and admissions of new pediatric patients Maintain communication with families, nurses, and office team Ensure compliance with state and agency policies

Qualifications:

Active RN license in California At least 1 year of supervisory experience perfered Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation for home visits
