Requirements:

Have a true passion for helping others, specifically senior citizens. Have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate frequently and effectively with the office regarding patient needs. Have minimum 6 months experience as an RN in either a homecare or senior living or hospital setting. Have a valid NY RN license, are CPR certified, and provide 2 professional references. Have a valid driver's license. Malpractice Insurance Required. Physilca that is within the year with proof of MMR and PPD/Quantiferon. Must have valid Work Authorization.

Duties:

Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, injections, G-Tube, and medication management in a home or assisted living setting. Manage chronic and post-acute conditions such as CHF, diabetes, and post-surgical recovery. Working with patients who have Alzheimer's, Dementia and Parkinsons disease. Experienced or open to working hospice patients. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines . Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and Home Health Aides . Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR systems.

Schedule:
