REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse, Telemetry Experience:

2 years

Licenses:

RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications:

ACLS(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)

SSN Required DOB Required References:

2 References in entire work history 2 References Minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccines + booster required, or declination completed
