SRP Contract Duties:

Assists the school physician in physicals, visual/auditory screenings, and examinations of students. Administers first aid and emergency treatment to students and employees. Arranges to transport sick or injured students or staff to the hospital, home, doctor's office or dentist's office in cases of emergency. Reviews with school physician a variety of health factors related to non-attendance and communicable diseases. Prepares and maintains health records and reports as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

New York State Registered Professional Nurse (RN)

License Qualifications Desired:

Strong organizational skills within a service-oriented health office Positive interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff Positive evaluations from prior supervisor
