Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their clinical team on a full-time permanent direct hire basis .

Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders Monitor and assess patients with cardiopulmonary conditions Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems Perform diagnostic testing and patient assessments Respond to emergency respiratory situations and provide critical care support as needed Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and care plans Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required Current state licensure required where applicable BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
