This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders and protocols. Document all procedures, assessments, and interventions accurately in the EMR. Meet or exceed individual performance targets and contribute to territory/functional metrics. Adhere to infection control standards and workplace safety protocols at all times. Assess and document patient airway status, progress, and response to therapy. Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment and ensure safety compliance. Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Identify and escalate high-risk cases to the supervising clinician promptly. Participate in daily huddles and maintain visibility of work activities and outcomes. Collaborate with care teams to develop and update care plans for patients. Educate patients and families on therapy goals, procedures, and self-management. Maintain professional development through certifications, training, and learning opportunities. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist with active state credential. Explain clinical protocols and physician orders clearly in EMR documentation. Demonstrated proficiency with respiratory therapy equipment and safety checks. Infection control training and adherence to standard precautions. Ability to assess airway status and adjust therapy per protocol. Strong patient education skills for therapy goals and self-management. Collaborative care mindset with daily huddles and care plan updates. Quality improvement participation and outcomes tracking. Self-motivated with continuous professional development and certifications. Contract role readiness with on-site presence and time-management discipline. What's in it for you?
