Schedule:

7:00 pm - 7:30 am shifts Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred Proven clinical experience in acute care settings strongly desired Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory therapy interventions, including ventilator management and airway care, in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Monitor, assess, and document patient responses, providing timely and accurate updates to healthcare teams Educate patients and families on respiratory health, equipment usage, and home care procedures as needed Adhere to infection control standards and participate in emergency code responses Maintain medical equipment, ensuring it is ready, safe, and functioning properly at all times Contribute to a collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered work culture This role offers the chance to grow skills in a reputable clinical setting, contribute to life-saving interventions, and work with an engaged, professional team.
