About the Role Metro Vein Centers is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT, RVS, ARRT, or board-eligible graduate) to join our growing clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for vascular sonographers seeking a consistent Monday-Friday outpatient schedule in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Our ultrasound technologists play a critical role in diagnosing venous disease, supporting minimally invasive procedures, and helping patients improve their quality of life. Whether you are an experienced vascular technologist or a recent graduate eligible to sit for registry certification, we provide structured training, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to grow within one of the nation's fastest-growing vein practices. At Metro Vein Centers, our RVTs are a critical extension of our physicians—ensuring every ultrasound scan supports accurate diagnoses, procedural success, and exceptional patient care. What Your Day Looks Like Average patient volume of approximately 8-10 patients daily New patient venous insufficiency studies typically last 45-60 minutes Post-op and follow-up scans typically last 20-30 minutes Fast-paced outpatient vascular environment with strong team collaboration Consistent weekday schedule with no overnight shifts or weekends What You'll Do Perform high-quality lower extremity venous duplex ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment scans Maintain proper scanning protocols while ensuring patient comfort and safety during exams Communicate preliminary findings to physicians accurately and efficiently Document ultrasound findings and patient information within the EMR system Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within exam rooms and ultrasound equipment areas Support daily patient flow in partnership with physicians, medical assistants, and front desk teams Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the entire patient experience What You'll Bring RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), ARRT, or graduates of an accredited ultrasound or vascular sonography program eligible to sit for registry certification strongly encouraged to apply Strong ultrasound scanning skills and attention to detail Passion for patient care and creating a positive patient experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment Reliable, flexible, and collaborative mindset Completion of an accredited allied health, diagnostic medical sonography, or vascular ultrasound program preferred Preferred Experience Venous insufficiency studies Vascular ultrasound or duplex ultrasound imaging Outpatient imaging or vein clinic experience Experience supporting ultrasound-guided procedures Familiarity with EMR documentation workflows
