Job Description

Vascular Centers of America (VCA) specializes in the early diagnosis and treatment of peripheral artery disease and other vascular conditions. We focus on high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and outcomes that truly change lives. We are seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a vascular setting. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate is someone who is very comfortable and experienced performing both venous and arterial studies and can work independently in a fast-moving clinical environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with arterial and venous studies Strong proficiency in arterial and venous studies Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinic Professional, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with patients and providers Experience with EMR systems and modern ultrasound equipment
Responsibilities:
Preparing treatment areas for ultrasound examinations and positioning patients on ultrasound tables. Explaining ultrasound procedures to patients. Applying non-invasive ultrasound techniques to diagnose blood vein, artery, or vessel diseases or disorders. Adjusting equipment to produce high-quality ultrasound images for doctors to interpret. Comparing patients' most recent scans to previous results and assessing diagnostic information. Preparing and providing summarized ultrasound findings to doctors in a timely manner. Documenting processes and maintaining patient records. Keeping informed of advancements in vascular technology. Why Join VCA?
