What You'll Do As an Emergency RVT, you'll play a vital role in patient care and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Triaging emergency patients and supporting clients throughout their visit Partnering with DVMs on assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures Collecting and processing laboratory samples (blood, urine, aspirates, etc.) Assisting with imaging and advanced patient assessments Executing, monitoring, and recovering anesthesia and sedation events Delivering consistent, high-quality nursing care About You You're a skilled and compassionate veterinary professional who: Holds a current and valid CA RVT license and has 2+ years of ER/clinical experience Thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment Is proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, drug calculations, and patient handling Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues Values teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth Compensation & Benefits We invest in our people and their future: Pay & Differentials $25-$40/hr (based on experience & skill set) $5.50/hr differential for hours worked between 6pm-6am Education & Growth CE allowance for RVTs and Assistants RVT license reimbursement Financial support & mentorship for VTS certification Health & Wellness Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health & wellness programs Additional Benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Paid vacation & sick leave accrual Uniforms provided Advancement opportunities within Ethos Veterinary Health Why Join Us?
