Job Description:

Responsibilities Contribute to the strategy and direction of the Release and Environment Management team. Coordinate and drive deployments of code and hardware changes while ensuring the stability, consistency, and availability of environments aligned with the product roadmap. Develop and manage end-to-end release plans, from QA through post-production deployment activities. Build and maintain strong working relationships across IT teams and stakeholders. Monitor and maintain environment uptime and operational stability. Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while operating within the Bank's risk appetite. Manage and control test environments and configuration processes. Required Experience & Skills Experience working with QA, Production Support, and Development teams. Experience supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools and deployment practices. Experience in Environment and Release Management, preferably within large-scale transformation programs. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
