Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple applications and domains Ensurespliance with enterprises, change management standards, drive operational excellence, and manage risks while supporting Agile delivery Mentor team members, identify process gaps, and collaborate with senior technology leaders to achieve strategic goals Requirements 10+ years in a similar role, e.g. Release manager, Release operations, Change Management Release Mgmt. Lead Primary skills - Release Management, Change Management, Agile Methodologies Good English speaking and writing skills Able to handle multiple applications and releases at Domain or Tech Executive level Able to own tasks and support management in achieving the stated goals Mentor new team members Expected to identify Process gaps, Risk, and other Operational Excellence items Proficient in working on ITSM Remedy Change Management tool Expert knowledge on MRA 2 guidelines Desired skills:
