Working with and developing to be a Lead technician, you will utilize core skills in hand tools, power tools, and carpentry to execute high-quality renovations. Your premium skills in finishing and trim carpentry will enhance project efficiency and precision. The applicant will work both in the shop and in customer's homes. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to construct and finish cabinets according to specifications. work with the team lead tech to perform finishing and trim carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to maintain workflow and efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in using hand and power tools for cabinet finishing and remodeling tasks Desire to learn and grow in a career Must pass a background check and drivers license check. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow project specifications
