1629488 We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Carpenter / Remodel & Finish Handyman to perform residential and commercial remodeling, finish carpentry, maintenance, and repair work. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and general handyman duties while maintaining quality workmanship and professionalism.

Job Duties:

Perform residential and commercial remodeling projects Complete finish carpentry work including trim, cabinetry, framing, and interior finishes Remodel bathrooms and kitchens, including fixture installation and repairs Repair and install drywall, flooring, doors, windows, stairs, and ceilings Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs Paint, patch, and complete finishing work with attention to detail Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Communicate professionally with supervisors, customers, and tenants

Requirements:

Previous carpentry, remodeling, handyman, or maintenance experience required trong finish carpentry and remodeling experience preferred Drywall installation and repair experience required General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to safely use common hand and power tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsReliable transportation and consistent attendance required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments

Pay & Schedule:
