Remodeling Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven Remodeling Sales Manager to join our team at Southern Maine Remodeling , a premier remodeling company in Southern Maine. Responsibilities To follow leads on potential remodeling jobs To make initial contact with customer and create a proposal Follow up within 7 days of each proposal sent out Write contracts for sold jobs Work with customer to prepare all documents and products for project start Coordinate design assistance and to work with customer to secure products Create all jobsite folders for projects Work alongside procurement manager and project manager to ensure smooth transition from sale to construction Collect information for jobsite folder, setting expectations with customer Have pre-construction meeting with Project manager and/or lead carpenter for larger jobs Follow up with customers when job concludes Work with Operations manager for change order requests and pricing if needed Look at ways to increase profit margins through accurate estimating and better buying power Requirements 5 year minimum experience in construction and/or remodeling Travels within the region Exceptional communicator and relationship builder Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor Confident, creative, self motivated, and goal oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn Ability to operate account management software, tools, and apps Communicate and relay information and ideas in a clear, concise and timely manner to both the internal management team and to the client Pay Base Salary +
