Program Management Office Support Associate (Hybrid)

What You Will Do:

Support monthly, annual, and 5-year planning Track customer invoicing/reimbursements for funded projects Support latest estimate and annual operating plan Review mismatch tool in SAP for key parts and escalate significant gaps Coordinate support for work transition activities and engineering change implementation Track status of customer returned material process steps and provide status updates to value stream leads Work to accelerate quotes, repairs, and commit dates for parts to ship Coordinate and collaborate with SRI team to ensure action items are prioritized Provide weekly report on current status to internal stakeholders

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors degree and minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, in lieu of a degree, 3-5 years of experience required Experience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint SAP Experience Experience leading projects Background in engineering or quality preferred

Pay Range:

$28/hour - $32/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor Locks and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
