Starting Salary Range:

$71,500 - 80,500 Therapist BBS $71,500 Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500 Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500

Wraparound Stipend:

$3,500 per year ( In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for the stipend)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include:

Conducts Community-based and Home-based Intensive Services, conjoint, and group family therapy sessions under the supervision of the clinical supervisor. Documents therapy sessions and additional documentation based upon DMH regulations Attends training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors both in-person and virtually. Responsible for assessment, diagnosing, treatment planning, safety planning, and treatment and follow-up Available on-call, 24/7, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to provide support for clients and families during emergencies and crises, both in person and virtually. Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols Is available to facilitate a parenting group or assigned group on a quarterly basis and as needed. Assist with covering caseloads in additional programs as needed Works alongside a multi-disciplinary team for treatment delivery Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

Masters Degree in a Social Service related field Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number Bilingual in Spanish required Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
