Your primary responsibilities will be to train, mentor and lead the consultants in the field who set up appointments for prospective clients to have a solar consultation and help those same customers reduce their energy supply costs across Pennsylvania. Day-to-Day Attend daily team meetings for training, learning, and development. Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar in residential communities. Schedule qualified appointments Review weekly successes and performance with team members Track progress of set goals to obtain career advancement Foster enthusiasm and team spirit Mentor and lead new team members in the field Why Join?
