Rental Support Coordinator Reports To:

Car Rental Manager Overview The Rental Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our new rental operations. This is a growth-track role that will begin with driving and vehicle preparation responsibilities and expand into front desk and customer-facing duties as the rental center develops. Responsibilities Assist the Car Rental Manager with daily operations of the rental program. Drive and transport vehicles between locations, service areas, and customer drop-offs/pick-ups. Perform vehicle preparation tasks (fueling, washing, light inspections).

Support front desk operations:

greeting customers, processing reservations and rental agreements, and handling check-in/check-out procedures. Maintain accurate records of rental contracts, vehicle status, and mileage. Coordinate with service and body shop teams on vehicle availability. Provide professional and attentive customer service at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Customer service or automotive experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving responsibilities.

$45,215.65 - $54,453.25 per year
