What You Bring:

Must own proper tools to perform repairs High school diploma or equivalent Previous mechanic work or military experience Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality repairs independently or with guidance

Additional Experience Strongly Preferred:

Technical degree or certificate from a trade school Experience working on heavy equipment, compact construction equipment, and man lifts Background with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motor systems Welding or fabrication experience
