Who We Are For over 35 years, Quality Recovery Services has been a family-founded and operated leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth auto recovery industry serving the nation's largest auto financing companies as well as local banks and credit unions. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Repossession Agent to join our professional vehicle recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven, energetic, and performance-oriented individual who wants to control their own earning potential. Our average agent's salary exceeds $100,000 working an exclusive zone, primarily at night. They also benefit from a supportive, low-turnover culture. All our drivers have been with the company for over 7 years. You will be provided with a late-model company truck (taken home nightly), equipment, and a fuel card. Success in this role requires strong technology/computer skills, safe driving habits, and the ability to remain professional and non-confrontational in all situations. Key Responsibilities Locate and recover vehicles in accordance with client and legal guidelines Make contact via door knock, phone, or text to resolve outstanding recoveries Manage conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and respect Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly at all times

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:

Average pay per repossession is over $100 + $75 dolly fee + 25% of close fees

Earning Potential:

Average annual driver salary exceeds $100,000 $1,500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days employment Late-model company take-home truck, equipment, and fuel card Paid vacation and holiday pay Retirement matching plan and life insurance Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience performing repossessions Valid TDLR Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be 25 years or older (insurance requirement) Experience using repossession software (i.e. RDN) and Clearplan.
