Job Description

  • We are seeking Research Associate II to join IQVIA Laboratories
  • at•Santa Fe, NM.

As a Research Associate II, you will support antibody discovery and antibody library pipeline activities by performing hands-on molecular biology laboratory work and generating high-quality data and documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines. You will contribute to routine assay execution, data review, and continuous improvement under moderate supervision.
  • What You'll Be Doing:
  • + Perform and document analytical proceduresin accordance withcompany procedures and regulatory guidelines andmaintaincompliant records + Execute molecular biology workflows including PCR and restriction digests to support research and development activities + Prepare samples, buffers, and solutionsrequiredfor assigned laboratory procedures and analyses + Support antibody discovery and library validation activities through routine experimental execution such as transformations, cloning support, and immunoassay workflows as assigned + Conduct routine data analysis to confirm procedures areproceedingaccording to expectations and results are within acceptable tolerances + Identifyabnormal progress, potential quality failures, or unusual results and escalate to senior lab personnelimmediately + Assistwith troubleshooting and process improvements to increase data quality, reduce turnaround time, or lower costs + Prepare data analysis results for upload to
ELN/LIMS
under the guidance of senior level staff and support equipment calibration and maintenance as assigned
  • What We Are Looking For:
  • + Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field isrequired;Bachelor's Degreeplus 2-3 years of related experience in method development or specificmethodologyarea or aMaster'sdegree; or equivalent combination of education,trainingand experience + Required hands-on experience performing PCR + Required experience with restriction digests and general wet-lab techniques, including experience conducting independent research + Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree ​ •The Knowledge,•Skills•and Abilities Needed for
