Requirements Job Overview Research Fellow, Department of Neuroscience - Georgetown University. This role is an on-going interest of the laboratory that needs additional work for study completion. This person will be responsible for analyzing data related to novel anti-depressant treatments of mice and zebra fish. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Mouse behavioral studies Protein analysis Immuno-staining Mouse colony management. Work Interactions The candidate will be interacting primarily with Katherine Conant (PI) and Pauline Wonnenberg. Requirements and Qualifications Master's Level Education required At least 1 year of experience in: Training in mouse handling, protein lysate preparation Immuno-staining of fixed tissues Quantification of select proteins by Western blots ELISA Work Mode Designation This position has been designated as On-Campus. Pay Range The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $16.16 - $19.74. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
