Role Description:

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Reservations & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as a "Vacation Success Specialist," where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the friendly voice and welcoming face of our Company, handling reservations, guest inquiries, and ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will drive guest satisfaction and foster lasting relationships. Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and reservation bookings via phone systems and online platforms with efficiency and accuracy Provide exceptional guest services by answering inquiries, assisting with special requests, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain thorough knowledge of CRM and booking systems to update reservations, availability, and guest profiles seamlessly Handle guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring smooth front desk operations with professional phone etiquette Coordinate internally with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly Assist in guest relations by resolving issues promptly, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism

Requirements:

Proven experience in vacation rental management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk or guest services Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with short-term vacation rental operations and guest relations Experience with booking partner platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.) Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
