Job Description

Barton Community College seeks applications for a Residence Life Assistant Coordinator. This replacement, full-time 12-month position reports to the Residence Life Coordinator. The Assistant Coordinator will be required to work regular daytime hours as well as some nights and weekends when not scheduled to be off. This position will also have rotationally scheduled "on call" responsibilities to address after-hours housing needs and emergencies. Collaboration with many other campus departments, particularly Campus Safety, is essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse population. This position involves living in campus housing in a three-bedroom apartment in Bluestem Hall including amenities such as basic cable service, Wi-Fi and washer/dryer. Excellent benefits package.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or completion of a specialized course of studies at a business or trade school with 6 months to two years of similar or related experience. Review of completed applications begins immediately.
