Resident Care Aide All Shifts PT and PD

Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA and HHA) and plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. This position is responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to the nursing staff. Support residents with mobility needs, including transferring them safely from beds or chairs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with a team of caregivers, nurses, and other staff members to provide comprehensive care tailored to individual resident needs. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living environments is preferred but not required. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting or moving residents when necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
