Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development to maintain high standards of resident care. Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to optimize resident health outcomes and satisfaction. Manage daily operations within the residence or community setting, including staffing schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor residents' progress and adjust care strategies accordingly to enhance quality of life. Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain accurate documentation related to resident care activities. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or senior care environments; prior group home or retirement home experience is highly valued. Strong background in nursing, social work, or related fields with knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and long-term care practices. Demonstrated supervisory and management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans, medication protocols, and operational procedures within home & community care settings. Excellent organizational skills complemented by financial acumen for budgeting and resource management. Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to collaborate with residents' families and multidisciplinary teams.
