• Assisted Living Hickory Pond Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Care Coordinator to join our team.

This hands-on leadership role focuses first and foremost on supporting resident care needs, including ADLs, medication assistance, and light housekeeping, while helping oversee daily care operations within our 804 Assisted Living community. Responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs and personal care Support medication administration and documentation Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Provide leadership and support to resident care staff Coordinate resident care needs and communicate with families/providers Participate in a shared on-call rotation Maintain flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed Qualifications Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, organized, dependable, and flexible Ability to multitask and lead by example Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and training This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to lead with compassion while ensuring exceptional resident experiences.
