Job Description

Job Summary The Woodlands of DeWitt is looking for a Resident Care Staff Member to join our 3rd shift team in providing outstanding care to our community of senior living residents. You will be responsible for performing activities in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations that govern our long-term care facility, as well as providing quality care to residents and other tasks as needed. Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive wages and an exciting work environment. This is a Part-time hourly position at $15 per hour, paid biweekly. every other weekend and holidays Responsibilities Assist with resident's activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, as well as providing accountability for all care services provided. Assist with meal preparation and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed. Monitor and provide safety and security for residents' physical and emotional well being. Promote resident independence by providing quality care in accordance with current standards, principles, and regulations. Report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience or training in a related field is preferred. Proven ability to work with a team to provide compassionate and quality care.
