Resident Caregiver

• Due to a recent influx of new clients, we're needing to add to our current staff roster.

Nouis Home Care is a licensed assisted-living facility located in downtown Little Falls, MN. We're seeking individuals to work weekends part-time (7am-2pm & 2pm-10pm). Once you're fully trained you'll have the option of a set schedule or you can choose a flexible schedule that gels with your needs. No experience necessary . This position requires

• more if you already have prior verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to residents in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and minimize challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with the social work team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems for documenting resident care activities.
