Job Description
As a Property Manager with Vintage Corporation, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 500+ unit residential community in Greeley, CO. This role focuses on ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing overall performance. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all property operations including leasing, marketing, and maintenance Conduct property inspections and maintenance assessments Screen and select qualified tenants Administer leases, rent collection, and tenant communications Investigate and resolve resident complaints and disputes Coordinate repairs and ongoing maintenance with vendors Maintain property appearance in line with company standards Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., Fair Housing Act) Monitor, analyze, and resolve resident delinquencies Manage property budgets and financial reporting Communicate effectively with corporate staff, vendors, residents, and investors Implement efficient property management processes Leadership & Team Management Lead and supervise property staff Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members Foster a positive, collaborative team environment Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Support ongoing employee development and performance improvement Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential property management or related field (preferred) Leasing experience (preferred; 3+ years a plus) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to excellence Experience with property management software and financial reporting Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations Ability to build rapport with diverse tenants and stakeholders Willingness to live on-site (if required) Valid driver's license (required) Physical Demands Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Handle high phone and communication volume Regularly walk the property, including stairs and hallways Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Health savings account (HSA) Life insurance Paid time off Rental and utility compensation Employee assistance program Join our team at Vintage Corporation and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional property management services to our valued clients.
