In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing residential homes and vacation rentals to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Vacation rental cleaning rates per unit ranges from $60-250 per unit. Depending on labor hours scope of work and size. Come be apart of a team that rewards you for your efforts. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes and vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and patio spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, or carpet vacuum as needed. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed ( residential only) Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Manage light maintenance tasks like replacing linens, restocking supplies. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with property owners or guests regarding cleaning schedules or special requests. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Must have a working device capable of communicating with the team while on the go and ( updates through various apps) Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a focus on sanitation and floor care is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, and general sanitation practices, or be willing to learn. Ability to efficiently perform laundry duties while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with property owners and guests. Prior custodial or hotel experience is highly desirable for understanding hospitality standards.
