• Part-time, Full-time Individual must be at least 24 years of age with an high school diploma or a GED along with a valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle in order to attend training's and meetings.

Applicant needs (1) one year worth of experience working with the youth and adolescence population providing services to include but not limited too IIHS, Therapeutic Foster care, or Community Support with flexible scheduling. Applicant would be working with male adolescence from the ages 11 thru 18 years old in a level III group home settings which operates 24 hour 365 days a year. Essential duties and responsibilities would be to assist clients with their daily independent living skills, administer medications, participate in supervision, submit accurate daily HRI (High Risk Intervention) notes and complete other necessary documents in a timely manner. Ensure work site is safe, comfortable and well maintained. Communicate relevant information to peers and supervisors while being able to transport clients as needed for scheduled appointments. Applicant should be able to perform job responsibilities on an as needed basis and provide coverage in emergency situations. Applicant required knowledge, skills and abilities traits should include basic supervision principles and practices, ability to adhere to a professional code of ethics, utilize good listening skills and comprehend verbal instructions to apply relevant state regulation and company policies and procedures. They must demonstrate the ability to problem solve, exercise common sense and use good judgement effectively, maintain confidentiality, organize, prioritize and multi-task and determine the skills required to perform a variety of task.'
