Job Description
Summary:
MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults, navigating mental health challenges across 12 programs from York to Belfast. As a Residential Care Worker, you will support residents' day to day as they build skills, follow treatment plans, and strengthen community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma. This is a Wednesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. opportunity.Position Highlights:
Shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts Eligible candidates may receive a sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000, paid in accordance with program guidelines. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications:
Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred.Experience:
