What You'll Do Perform high-quality residential cleaning services including deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleans Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with clients and team members Manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Help create a positive, reliable experience that keeps clients coming back Identify areas needing extra attention and ensure homes feel refreshed, polished, and truly clean Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation required Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be comfortable with deep cleaning tasks
