Residential Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry and ironing as needed. Cook and prepare meals according to client preferences when required. Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning services as necessary. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client requests. Skills Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques. Experience in residential cleaning and commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively while using appropriate cleaning products. Proficient in carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Attention to detail in completing tasks thoroughly and accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
