Cleaning LLC is a growing professional cleaning company serving the greater Houston and League City area. We handle all marketing, scheduling, and client billing — so you focus entirely on delivering outstanding cleans. We are expanding and looking for reliable, detail-oriented contractors to join our team. We generate the clients. You do the cleaning. No chasing leads, no billing headaches — just show up, clean to our standard, and get paid.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform detailed residential cleanings following client-specific checklists Communicate job status and updates through our mobile scheduling platform Submit photo verification of completed tasks via our digital portal Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on all client premises Report any property concerns or client issues promptly

MUST-HAVES

Reliable transportation: Valid driver's license and insured vehicle to travel between job sites Your own equipment: Professional-grade cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, cleaning solutions) Smartphone with data: Required for our mobile app — scheduling, clock-in, checklists, and client updates

Punctuality:

On-time attendance for every assignment is non-negotiable Background check: Must consent to and pass a background check before first assignment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred, not required) Strong attention to detail and ability to self-correct without prompting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and clear communication skills

COMPENSATION

This is a per-job, commission-based role. Pay is determined by square footage and service type (standard clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out). Your efficiency and quality directly impact your earnings. Top performers receive priority scheduling and first access to premium jobs.

Pay:

$70.00 - $200.00 per day
