We're Looking For Team Members Who Are:

Friendly, reliable, and respectful Detail-oriented and organized Able to work independently and follow a proven cleaning system Coachable, positive, and committed to doing their best Comfortable with light physical activity (walking, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs)

Compensation & Hours:

Training :

$16/hour (first 10 hands-on cleanings)

After Training :

$17/hour

Pay Increase:

: Based on performance and attendance

Travel Between Jobs :

Paid at $7.25/hour (via GPS-tracked app)

Scheduling Requirements:

Available between 9 AM - 3 PM , Monday to Friday (you choose days)

Optional:

One rotating Saturday morning per month (not required)

Service Area & Transportation:

We serve homes across the

Main Line:

Bryn Mawr to Exton Travel between homes may be required (paid time between jobs) We aim to schedule you near your home when possible

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and smartphone with data Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check Comfortable reading/speaking English Why Join Our Team?
