$85,000 - $100,000 per year (Salary + Commission) plus Year-End Bonus.

How You Will Make an Impact Direct all field operations and production meetings to ensure projects align with strict profitability goals and timelines. Analyze job profitability reports and financial data to anticipate future consequences and implement pro-active solutions. Cultivate a high-performance team culture by inviting employee input and leading regular organizational meetings. Execute sound decision-making to resolve technical on-site problems in a timely and professional manner. Leverage current technology and integrate new AI-driven tools to modernize project tracking and communication. Translate complex project goals into actionable tasks for field crews to ensure seamless service delivery. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the drywall or specialty trade industry. Proven leadership ability to guide teams toward common professional and financial goals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in person and via digital platforms. Strong background in basic accounting and the ability to monitor and report on project financial health. Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced construction environments with a focus on being pro-active. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience managing both residential and commercial drywall . Strong desire for long-term career growth, including interest in future executive leadership or ownership. Bilingual Spanish is a plus Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
