In this role, you will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive project success by managing teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about delivering exceptional residential homes and creating lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schematics, and blueprints. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication across teams. Prepare detailed construction estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools to ensure accurate budgeting. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software to meet deadlines efficiently. Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings like Civil 3D files to guide project execution. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Coordinate project timelines with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of materials. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues proactively, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to resolve conflicts swiftly and keep projects on track. Skills Proven experience in residential construction management with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Civil 3D or similar tools. Expertise in construction estimating, project scheduling, contract administration, and project coordination. Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to residential projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
