Residential Construction Project Manager Remodeling

Rylynn Remodeling is expanding. We are adding to our team and seeking an additional experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee exterior remodeling, room additions, and outdoor living projects. We're looking for someone who understands residential construction, framing, and project leadership and can manage both customers and crews to ensure projects run smoothly. Pay & Benefits Average earnings (after bonus): $70,000 - $80,000 per year (salary + bonuses)

Coordinate crews, schedules, and materials. Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates. Ensure work is completed on time and to company quality standards. Handle change orders and final project completion documentation.
